REFUNDS & RETURNS

Last updated: October 2026

Digital Downloads

Statutory rights for defective digital content remain available. The right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a physical medium can expire only when the legal conditions for early delivery and express acknowledgement have been met. Completing a purchase alone does not waive those rights.

Physical Goods (Vinyl, CDs & Merchandise)

You generally have the right to withdraw from a physical-goods purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the period ends.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. Sealed audio recordings are an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal if you unseal them after delivery. A discount alone does not remove your statutory rights.

If you withdraw, send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it but are not a condition of your statutory rights. Your remedies for defective goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us with your name and order reference, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason. We will send return instructions. You can also contact us about faulty or incorrect items at the same address.
