TERMS & CONDITIONS | Abstract Rhythm Records

1. General

These terms govern purchases from the Abstract Rhythm Records online shop (abstractrhythm.com), operated from Cologne, Germany. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are in euros. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you place an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed through Stripe. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Digital Downloads

Where digital downloads are offered, purchasing a download alone does not waive the statutory right of withdrawal or rights for defective digital content. Contact us if you have trouble accessing a purchase.

4. Physical Goods & Shipping

Physical items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. The risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to you when you or a person designated by you receives the goods, not when we hand them to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

The rights to music and artwork remain with their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute the content.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights concerning defective goods or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing Law

German law applies, without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections under the laws of their country of residence. Statutory rules on court jurisdiction remain unaffected.
